March Prayers

March 1

Lord forgive us when we forget that everything we have, has come from You. Remove any pride that is in our hearts. Forgive us when we boast in ourselves, for You are the gift giver, You are the one who pours blessing upon blessing upon us. In the name of Jesus we pray.

March 2

Lord we confess that we have often worried and been discontented with our lives. We have gone after money, possessions and different paths not chosen by You, thinking that it would bring us happiness and as You know they haven’t. Forgive us Lord, for we know it is only in You there is joy. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen

March 3

Lord help us to be good guardians of our hearts. To learn how to say no, to certain influences, thoughts, voices, and even people. We want to be totally devoted to You. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen

March 4

Lord Jesus, we pray that You would help us to focus on the things that truly matter and help us break the discontent in our lives. Oh that we would see the beauty and joy around us. Forgive us when we murmur and complain. For we know that in You there is where we have sweet contentment. Amen

March 5

Father, distractions seem to constantly come at us. When we try to pause and focus on You, our minds seem to be filled with dozens of things we need to do. Please help us to push away every distraction and noise so we can hear only Your voice. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

March 6

Lord, when we feel weary and want to quit, fill us with Your strength and determination. Help us to keep pressing forward, trusting You to finish the good work You’ve begun. Amen

March 7

Lord, help us to manage our time wisely. Show us what to let go of, teach us to prioritize You first, and fill our days with peace and purpose. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen

March 8

Lord, we trust Your plan for our lives. Help us release the past, overcome fear and insecurity, and look forward with faith, knowing our future is filled with hope. Amen

March 9

Lord God, help us choose Your path even when it’s hard. Give us strength to resist the easy way, fill us with Your Word, and empower us to walk in truth. Amen

March 10

Lord God, we confess that we often don’t treat You as Your holiness deserves. We know to stand in reverence or close our mouths in respect, but we don’t. We so often fail to reverence You, as we should. Amen

March 11

Lord God, to know You is to know Your mercy because, without Your mercy we can’t come before You, we wouldn’t be able to get to know You. If it wasn’t for Your mercy, we would have been judged long ago. Instead, we’ve been given the chance to pursue a life of meaning, purpose, through our intimate relationship with You. Amen

March 12

Lord, thank You for Your truth that sets us free. Heal every place of shame in our hearts and help us to walk boldly in the confidence of Your love. Amen

March 13

Lord God we know You are not looking for explanations nor excuses, You are looking for surrender. You are waiting for us to admit the truth and confess our sins. Lord God forgive us when we come hiding our sins, as if You do not know them. Forgive us when we make excuses. We ask in Jesus’s name, amen.

March 14

Father, even when we don’t see Your plan, our desire is to trust in Your goodness. Strengthen our faith, help us to obey quickly, and remind us that everything You do is for our good. Amen

March 15

Oh Lord our God, give us the peace we need to remain calm in times of adversity. Guide us in the journey of living, thinking, and speaking according to Your Word. In Jesus’s name we ask, amen.

March 16

Lord God we confess there are days that we can just read or study Your Word and neglect meditating on Your Word. We want Your word to be our delight, we desire to truly meditate on it but our flesh tears us away. Forgive us Lord and give us that passion to meditate day and night as Your word says. Amen

March 17

Father, we want to use wisdom with our time. We ask You to help us make changes where they are needed. To redeem the time You have given to each of us. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen

March 18

Lord, thank You for being with us wherever we go. Help us stay aware of Your presence in every moment and find joy, peace, and strength through the time we spend with You. Amen

March 19

Lord, You are our strength and our song. We praise You Jesus, for You are our salvation. You are our God and we praise and exalt You. Amen

March 20

Lord our God! You are the only one Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We desire to love You with all our hearts and all of our souls and with all of our strength. Teach us how to love You more. In Jesus’s name we pray.

March 21

Father, we give You praise because You are always faithful to every promise and because You are loving and forgiving. Father help us to be faithful to all of our promises we have made for we so easily make promises and fail to keep them. Amen

March 22

Lord God in heaven, only You are God. Besides You there is no other. Help us to know that there is nothing on earth that can ever take Your place. Amen

March 23

Heavenly Father, we praise You because Your works are wonderful. We bow down in worship before You, our Lord and Maker, because You are our God, our Father our Savior. Amen

March 24

O Lord thank You for being slow to anger and rich in love toward us. Thank You for Your mercy and grace that You have poured on us even though we are not deserving of this. Amen

March 25

Lord we need You in every moment. Teach us to depend on You, not just in trials but in everything we do. Help us live and work through Your strength. In Jesus’s name we pray. Amen

March 26

Father, thank You for Your blessings in my life. Please forgive us for the times we have taken Your goodness for granted. Today we choose to have a heart of gratitude for every blessing, no matter how small it may seem. Amen

March 27

Lord help us fix our thoughts on Your promises. Teach us to reject anything that is a lie and to live with faith, trusting only You. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen

March 28

Lord God, we know in Your love, You correct us. Remind us that in Your mercy You do not leave us wounded. Your hands that correct us are the hands that restore us. Amen

March 29

Father You are the one who knows us completely and the one who loves us. There is no hiding from You. Lord You see all and yet You don’t walk away. Thank You Father.

March 30

Lord, strengthen us as we wait on You. Help us to respond with love and patience, even when circumstances are difficult. Use our lives as Your witnesses today. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

March 31

Lord, You are our healer. Strengthen us physically today with Your strength. Bless us with health. Help us to acknowledge it, and thank You when we notice it. Give us wisdom to be disciplined in taking care of our bodies. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen
