June Prayers

June 1

Lord help us to accept the trials that come our way, no matter what they are. Remind us that these trials have a purpose to make us stronger in our faith as we draw closer to You. In the name of Jesus, amen.

June 2

Lord some of us are dealing with hearts that are troubled and circumstances that do not make any sense at all. We feel like we are lost. Oh Lord only You can find us and heal our hearts and give us peace. Help us to be reminded that You know everything we are going through and have us in the palm of Your hand. Amen

June 3

Father give our children a steady anchor. May they be grounded in the identity You have given them. For this world is so perverse and is looking to devour our children and feed them with lies. Surround them with an environment of people that seek Your face and not this world’s view. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray.

June 4

Thank You Jesus, for taking the filthy, nasty, stained parts of our lives and turning them into beauty. Thank You that You accept us just the way we are and make us new. Amen

June 5

Lord God, some of us have been carrying a heavy burden and we are coming to You right now for relief. We surrender all our hurts, disappointments and insecurities to You. Thank You for Your Word, that tells us about Your unconditional love and affection You have for each one of us. Help us to focus not on our feelings and emotions, but on the powerful truths in Your Word. In Jesus’ name we pray.

June 6

Oh Father we need Your help. We are struggling and You know what is going on. We know we can't figure out a solution on our own. We pray that You will show us what to do. We are listening, Lord. Help us to be receptive to Your answer and to trust that You have all our best interests at heart.

June 7

Lord, help us to be a blessing even in our time of need, so that we can bring You honor. Help us to remember that we are not alone. You have got us in the palm of Your hand and that's the best place to be. Amen

June 8

Father because we know Your word that You have etched onto our hearts and minds we are able to take our thoughts captive and have victory over the enemy. Thank You Lord for this truth. Amen

June 9

Lord, we believe that our heartfelt prayers even though they may be words that are not eloquent or even spoken out loud, You hear our prayers from heaven for they come from our hearts. Thank You Lord for hearing our prayers and answering them. Amen

June 10

Thank You Lord, for Your mercies and goodness that follow us and comes in abundance, for we don’t deserve it. Amen

June 11

We ask for Your guidance and presence as we go about our day. Please give us the strength and resilience to face whatever challenges that we may face today. In Jesus’ name we pray.

June 12

Father we lift up our young men to You who battle temptations throughout their days. Father make them warriors filled with faith and Your word. Give them wisdom we pray in Jesus’ name. Amen

June 13

Father Your word says, “You remember us”. These words give us such comfort. For no matter what circumstance we may face, You remember us. Thank You! Amen

June 14

Lord, some of us are walking in the second, third, fourth chance You’ve given to us. Thank You for being the God who gives us these chances and You never give up on us. Amen

June 15

Lord, show us whatever it is that You want us to do today. Help us to trust in You and depend solely on You to give us these resources and the clarity to do what You call us to do. In Jesus’ name, amen.

June 16

Help us Lord to stay calm in the middle of our life’s storms. For some of these storms can pound on us and can seem relentless and we are drowning. Lord give us eyes to see that Your arm is reaching out to us in these moments, and know that You can calm these storms. Amen

June 17

Oh Lord our merciful God, some of us are broken, wounded and hurting. Hear our prayers as we cry out to You for healing, deliverance and restoration. Let us sense Your presence and be encouraged and filled with hope. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray.

June 18

Keep us Lord in our work places. Sometimes it can be so hard to be the light and can be so easy to fall into our ungodly surroundings and meld into that environment. Give us courage to be different and loving at the same time. To be a true witness of who You are. Give us the boldness to share the gospel and to stand for truth and shine Your light. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen

June 19

Thank You Father for those precious divine appointments that You allow us to walk into. Moments that are without a doubt that have been orchestrated by You. We are so humbled that You choose us to be the ones that get to take part and be used in the life of another. Amen

June 20

Lord, we so desire to step into Your plans and purpose. To be led and moved by the Holy Spirit. Forgive us when we do not heed the moving of the Holy Spirit. There is such a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit, and sometimes our flesh wins because we look for our own desires. Forgive us Lord, forgive us. In the name of Jesus we pray.

June 21

Father, we come in Jesus’ name and we put our trust in You. We don’t understand what’s going on in the world, but we know that You do understand it. We don’t know what to do, but we know that You do know what to do. We pray that we would have peace that passes all understanding and still have joy in the midst of the uncertainties in the world. Amen

June 22

Lord help us stay calm in the middle of life's storms. Teach us to wait for clarity before making decisions, as You guide us through. Let us not depend on ourselves but to totally rely on You. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

June 23

Lord help us to be a blessing to those around us even when we are going through hard times. Help us to take our eyes off of self and be aware of those around us who are in need. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen

June 24

Father there are days that are more evil than others. On these kind of days words don’t seem to form as we pray. Only tears fall and groans pour out from our hearts. This is the language only You understand. Thank You for Your compassion and love You pour upon each one of us. Amen

June 25

Lord remind us that all we have is Yours. Give us cheerful hearts when we give to You our tithes and offerings. Oh that we would do so generously and in gratitude for all that You have blessed us with. Amen

June 26

Lord our God, do not give us those things we have asked for that is not in Your will. May our prayers be aligned to Your will and Yours alone and not our selfish desires. For You know exactly what we need. In the name of Jesus we pray.

June 27

Oh Lord may we be quick to look at ourselves before we look at other’s sins. We have a tendency in our flesh to point fingers. Place a mirror before our eyes and show us what we do not see or do not want to see in ourselves. Forgive us when we choose not to see ourselves but others. Amen

June 28

Lord we come with baggages full of our sins. We humbly confess them. We ask for Your mercy and grace. Give us the empowerment to turn away from them and walk in Your truth, filled with the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name, amen.

June 29

Father we lift up the elderly who have dementia or Alzheimer’s, who are struggling to remember and are frustrated and hurting. Meet them Lord, meet them in their minds. Give them peace. Guard the hearts of their families as they stand on the sidelines and see the deterioration of their loved one. In the name of Jesus we pray.

June 30

Remind us Lord that You have made us warriors. That we are keepers of the covenant, we are protectors of the faith, we are fighters of evil. You have given each one of us power through the mighty and Holy name of Jesus. Amen and amen.
