Bridge Care

Bridge Care exists to help maintain a meaningful connection between the church family and those who are unable to regularly leave their homes.

We desire to provide Christ-centered companionship, encouragement, prayer, and spiritual care through regular visits and/or phone calls. We want each person we serve to know that they are remembered, valued, loved, and still an important part of the body of Christ.
