Haiti Relief UpdateHaiti Relief Update
We're excited to report that the Lord has opened amazing doors for a team from Calvary Chapel Old Bridge to assist the people in Haiti!
We have been in contact with people from the Dominican Republic and Haiti who are reporting that the damage is catastrophic, travel into Haiti is difficult, and security is a concern across the nation. Team members will also be developing contacts in both countries on behalf of Calvary Chapel Relief, who will coordinate additional short-term trips for the next several months. Please pray that the Lord guides, protects, and provides ministry opportunities for our team!
How Can You Help?
Due to uncertainty about access into Haiti and specific physical needs, the most effective way to support the relief efforts in Haiti at this time is through your financial contributions. All donations will be used to support the people of Haiti and those ministering in the wake of this tragedy. We invite you to make your online, tax-deductible donation on our website: www.ccob.org/page.asp?pg=donate (see "Haiti Relief" in red).
Please check this page for daily updates from our team on the ground and for news about future relief efforts. For specific inquiries regarding our efforts in Haiti, please contact Pastor Brien Dunphy at 732.679.9222 or brien@ccob.org.
